As you know I’m at my parents house ATM, which is also where my baby sister is (I say ‘baby’ she turns 18 in a few weeks) and we never get to see as much of each other as i’d like, so as a little treat I’ve made her favourite Cookie’n’Cream cupcakes and I just wanted to share the outcome plus her smiling, frosting covered face.

These look yummy! I made Ryan a Black Forest Gateau with fresh cream and black cherries for his birthday today. We're having some with Nana and Grandad this evening, all those calories,lovely! Holly looks like she's having a job fitting her cupcake in, but I'm sure she polished it off quickly enough, if your Mum's recommendations are anything to go by. Luv ya, Aunty Judith x
